Kappa SigmA - MISSISSIPPI STATE
Modern-day Kappa Sigma was founded one evening in the fall of 1869, as five students attending the University of Virginia in Charlottesville gathered in the room of William Grigsby McCormick, at 46 East Lawn, and planted the seed of brotherhood.
The Mississippi State University (ΔΧ) Chapter of Kappa Sigma is one of the largest Kappa Sigma chapters in the country. Kappa Sigma (ΔΧ) is also one of the largest chapters on the campus of Mississippi State University. We pride ourselves in being the most philanthropic fraternity on our campus. Our chapter is currently composed of 211 active brothers, who are involved in many groups on campus including MSU Student Association, MSU Roadrunners, Maroon VIP, MSU Alumni Delegates, Political Organizations, Honors Societies, and many more.
